I would need to generate and fill a report like

using datatable.,,Every attribute has it's code for example
1100(outputText, attribute name(outputText) Accounts Receivable and
inputText for two values (debit, credit). My question is,how .jspx would
look like and where would I store codes from 1100-5000,so I can generate
form so i can enter data in it? In DB ? web ? Problem is that one month
report would have 1100 code before 1200, and so on, and second month the
,report will have 1200 code first, then 1100 below it.,,Thanks in advance.
