JVM Display bugs

cpprogrammer

have a Java Applet which had video problems on JVM 1.5.0_5 on
WinXP. I used to see big black spots on the screen. Also can't read anything
on the Java Console Window because display of the Console Window is
also fully distored. This wasn't happening on JVM 1.4.x , also not happening
on machines where I never installed JVM 1.5.0_5, but directly installed JVM
1.5.0_5

But on the machine which had 1.5.0_5 displays badly even after upgrading
to 1.5.0_6 but gives no problem when reverting to 1.4.x

Any ideas.

The Display Adaptor is Intel 82915g/GV/910GL

Also, is the Java Console Window Log also stored somewhere on
disk? When the display on the Console window becomes bad, is there
any place on disk where I can view the same log.
