Layer or page over a frameset

Hello, I have 4 frames, (Header, Footer, Left menu and main)
I put in the header a button, I search for a script or any solution that
permit me to show a layer that cover all the screen (surrounding the
frames).
Please can anyone help me?

No. You cannot do that. Basically a frame is a separate window.
Another one of the issues with frames. You are better off using SSI
and CSS to simulate frames. Google for Frames are Evil for more
reasons.
