Can't say for MP3s, but you can embed links into MPG and AVI files where
when the song is done (or nearly done, usually you put the trigger 5-10
seconds before the end of the file so there is time for the new window to
open and the page to load)... this is actually done into the video file
itself though, not as part of a website function
