Load a new html page by Dropdown menu

Hi all,

I want to load a new html page as the user select an <option> from the
<select> menu. There are 3 <option>s in the menu, and those 3 have to
load 3 html pages.

Can some one tell me a simple way to do this? Should php or any other
language involve in to this, apart from HTML and JS?
