Load report failed question for new ASP developer

I mainly program VB .Net Windows programs, however I love the idea of
creating and intranet built on ASP for our small company. I have been
experimenting with different things and all is working good, until I got to
the Crystal Report Viewer.

I have searched the web and tried different things. I have databound the
report and it displays in the IDE iteself, but when I run, I keep getting the
error "Load report failed". What am I missing here?
