Looking for a webbased interface to manage active directory accounts

Hi,

I'm looking for a website (or controls) which allow external administrators
to add/remove accounts and assign users to some security groups.

I have to restrict the view to only 1 particular OU in the AD because we'll
host some clients, each one with its own OU in the active directory.
(in ASP.net 1.1 or ASP.net 2.0)
