That would certainly explain a few things around here...
Lets face it, if you had a choice of either one or the other, your
project is already doomed. You don't know enough C to write hte
programme well, or you don't know enough about your requirements
domain to design it in the first place... argh.

We typically have many domain experts (who know C well enough to get by,
but aren't experts) and a few C experts (who may or may not know the
specific application domain) to answer the tricky questions and that
seems to work out pretty well.
