Please advise, firstly, what arrangement you will put in place regarding
payment for this work being made available, prior to work commencing.
Please also forward a waiver from your tutor to indicate that such a
contract would be acceptable to him/her as an alternative to you
actually doing the work yourself.

How much are you ready to pay? Or are you expecting people to do your
homework for you for free? Why would they do that?

The purpose of homework is for you to *learn* something, not for you
to pass the course, get credits or whatever. You learn by doing, not by
having others do the job for you.
