navigation script

Hi,
I'm looking for a libs that allow me to make some scripts able to
navigate on web pages and committing some forms (POST and GET methods)
managing session (I suppose that I need cookie management).
Can someoone help me?

Rails is on the opposite end of what he's looking for.

WWW::Mechanize is what is desired, but a quick Google doesn't show a
download link.
