Need help regarding URL validation

Hi,
to validate an URL whether exists or not we can use ,
(HttpURLConnection)url.openConnection().getResponseCode())

but at some times while checking an URL security popup or certificate popup wil raise ...how that can be bypassed(i.e it should validate by giving yes to the popup or bypass the popup and page has to be launched.)


can any one please answer me...
