old database migration to java

i have this old dos txt database full of names
and i want to migrate it to java

now i already figuered out how to open the file in java
but i can't understand how to wrap / parse it in java

any help is welcome
(it's a tree database with correlations bytheway)

format such as CSV, TSV?

Do you understand the file format,
or can you get the format?
