I have a report that I want to modify.
Its a customer listing, and will have name & address info, etc in it.
I've been asked to expand it to show a Customer Service Rep's name in
the report, as well as channels in which they buy goods.
The channels can be a many to one (customer) list. They can have
multiple channels for each customer, even multiple channels within the
same business area for that customer. (It relates to buying groups, and
whether or not they find it more economical to buy goods in one group or
the other, based on pricing).
The report is currently produced in a datagrid on a web page.
Is there a way to display those many channels to one customer in a
datagrid? What I envision is:
Cust123 - Custname - Repname - Address1 - City, State & Zip - Channel1,
Channel2, Channel 5, Channel 8
say 1 & 2 are in one business area, channel 5 is in one by itself and
channel 8 is one by itselv for Cust123.
Any advice appreciated.
