Unless things operate very differently in India than they do in the rest of
the world, an employee of MNC/Magna Infotech is _NOT_ going to be an
employee of IBM.

It seems dishonest to me to suggest that you are offering people employment
at IBM when you are apparently only offering them employment at an IBM
business partner. They are NOT the same thing.
