Overlaping confusion

on small screen, the top image overlaps the hello world divs

in dev tools its fine, but on my iphone it overlaps

can not figure out how to fix that

I have looked at this site with dev tools for responsive sites, with an iPhone, and with a droid and I see no problem.
What browser are you using??
