P2P: Java, emulators mobile

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if there is any emulator/simulator that can be
used to test a P2P application for a mobile device. Also, is JXTA the
best option to develop P2P apps for Java and mobile devices? Any other
option other than JXTA?
