Pass current URL to submit button

I need to pass the current URL to the submit button. For example, if my
web page address says http://www.msn.com and the page contains a form
with submit button, I want to click on the submit button to take me to
http://www.msn.com

How is this possible?

Just that easy. By default, a submit button reloads the current page.
Something tells me that isn't what you really want.
