Pass URL to another page

Hi,

I'm a complete beginner. I manage the website for a small car dealer and I'm trying to let visitors schedule their own test drive appointments. Here's the path:

Vehicle page > form popup > Calendly form > CRM

I'm able to pass the name/email/phone parameters to Calendly, but not the URL for the vehicle page.

Is there an easy way to do this?

try passing just the name of the page instead of the entire url

Good idea, but how would I do that dynamically? We have dozens of vehicles.

I don't know what Calendly is but you would be better off working things backwards.
1. Let visitors find the vehicle they want.
2. Load a form to the actual page for specifics so they can "schedule their own test drive appointments" the vehicle they've selected. Use hidden fields for the year, make and model applied by the page itself.
a) name
b) email
c) phone
d) calendar to select date.
e) whatever else is required.
