I have finally, after starting this project 15 years ago, created a
C90-compliant (I think - for MVS and CMS at least - and very
close for DOS, OS/2 and Win32) C runtime library.
It is 100% public domain (explicit notice, not GPL etc) so you
can use it for commercial purposes etc without any restrictions
whatsoever.

People in this group have assisted me with questions on my
way here - thankyou all.
Also thankyou to those (Dave Wade etc) who contributed code
to the project.
