permission error on designer

My network administrator setup a group policy for folder redirection of our
My documents and application data directories. Now when I start dev studio
and modify an existing web site with 3rd party controls, in the designer, the
controls are giving my a aspnet.permission error. Unable to host the control
error. What settings need to be set in the framework for these controls to
start working?
