POI - Excel cell formatting for negative values

Hi All

I create Excel sheet using POI and i have a few queries with respect to
cell formating and borders.

1. The negative numbers should be in Red color, how?

2. In the same cell, truncate the trailing zeros after decimal
eg.-36.0500 should display in Red color -36.05, how?

3. For some cells, when i set numeric/decimal values, the borders isn't
visible, why?
