I am using window.open to create a small window with no tool bars to
display some text information.

My problem is if I click on a link, say in an email IE uses my small
window instead of opening a new one.

Is there a way to stop this?

Tools/Internet Options.../Advanced tab/Browsing section/Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts/

Specifies that when you click a web link in an Internet-aware program,
such as Outlook express, and there is already an Internet Explorer
window open, the web page appears in the open browser window instead of
opening a new window.
