print window problem

im printing pages using

RegisterStartupScript("startupScript", "<script
language='javascript'>window.print();</script>")
in code behind
how do i do this to only print the main frame ?

You need to focus on the frame you want to print
parent.FRAME_TOPRINT_NAME.focus();
print();
