Q: append to a SQL table

Hello,
TableSrc: fname,lname,age
In my asp.net application I am retrieving TableSrc data from a proprietary
database to my DataSet1. I see data is in there because I display it with a
DataGrid. Now I created a SQL Server table TableDest: Fname,Lname,Age, I
want to append DataSet1 into TableDest.
How should I do this? I am new in asp.net, so please be specific.
