Hi all,
An interesting question :
When from accessing through a JSP page, I want to enforce some access
control mechanism for a class method . I used TOMCAT and by setting
catalina.policy file we can do this. Now the same class method when
accessed from a cron job ***SHOULD NOT CHECK *** for any exception
since cron jobs must be performed! So I need a mechanism by which I
shoud not from where the request is coming from and depending on that
the Security check has to be performed. Can any expert put some light
on this issue? Thanks a lot for your time.
