Reloading of configuration for Java logging

Hi,

I'm trying to reload configuration for Java
logging(java.util.logging.LogManager.readConfiguration). But problem
is, this also resets the already created Logger objects, i.e. removes
programatically added handler objects. Is there any way I can avoid
handlers being removed?
