replace the string in xml using xsl

Hi,

This is my XML

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" standalone="no"?>
<GSP>
<S>Find Call center and BPO &lt;b&gt;jobs&lt;/b&gt; in Delhi &amp;amp; NCR. Apply online for FREE. &lt;b&gt;...&lt;/b&gt; it is &lt;br&gt; a leading end-to-end BPO in Noida near Delhi and headquartered in &lt;b&gt;New York&lt;/b&gt;. &lt;b&gt;...&lt;/b&gt;</S>
</GSP>

i want to replace "&lt;b&gt;" and "&lt;/b&gt;" with empty string using xsl.

can any one provide me the solution.
