Scrollable toolbar

I want to have a horizontal, scrollable, toolbar to be used for a menu list.
It should have two widgets on either ends which can be clicked to traverse
on either side. Any ideas ?

Yes thanks, but how do i trap the event in the code-behind when a user
clicks on one of the menu items in this javascript based toolbar ?
