what are some good avenues in getting a job although im a felon from my late teens, i had a bad upbringing and made poor choices as a young adult now im completly changed and i love learning new things annd try everyday to learn something new and how to become a better human, im just weighted down by my past

Have you tried getting your conviction reduced? I know in some states and for some crimes it can be done.
