Service Handler and User Password

I would like to set in a client, user and password and send them through the
SOAP Header Message when i call my service!
Therefore on the server side, with my Handler, i would like retrieve this
information!
What should I set on client side, in the webservices.xml and in the WSDL?
I'm using WSAD 5.1.2 and a proxy Client JAX-RPC!
