SWT splashscreen

Hi,

There is a lot of example with Swing for splashsreen but with SWT
there is none.

In fact, the Swing Timer has no equivalent in SWT.

And when I use the asyncExec, it works fine but after with my
application I get errors related to a problem with the thread.
