What is the point of the Type Parameter in RegisterStartupScript?
What other options do you have except string???

actually the first argument, type, is a System.Type:

it's the type of the calling page...so pass in Me.GetType() or
this.GetType(), etc.

I'm asking what else are you going to pass in there except
typeof(string) like:
ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(typeof(String), "refreshParent",
"window.opener.location.reload()", true);
