Unable to createASP.Net projects with XP SP2

After installing XP SP2 , I can no longer create web projects. VS 2003

Try disabling the firewall in SP2 and see if the problem still exists.

The problem is solve in my machine with

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis -i
