How to update multiple rows in a datagrid and send back
those changes to the database?

1. Make sure you have the correct UPDATE command set up for the DataAdapter.
2. Change the rows
3. Reconstitute the adapter
4. Run Update on the DataAdapter

You can also use Update on the DataSet or DataRow (each one changed), which
is applicable to some applications. Dino Espisitos ADO.NET/ASP.NET book is
very good on working with data. It is ASP.NET application focused.
