Urgent help with JTree

Hello,
I am wrting an application in java swing. I am using JTree in the
application. Can someone kindly tell me how we can expand a tree to
get extended frame or panel. In short, on selecting a perticular node,
a new panel with buttons and textarea should come. This new panel or
frame will be inbetween the node selected and the immediate lower
node.. i,e if

are two node(2 child of 1). On selecting 1, a new area should come in
between 1 and 2. like this
