use AD credentials to log into other systems

I'm guessing this isn't possible, but it can't hurt to ask. At my office the same credentials you use to login to AD are used for other systems as well which are accessible through web pages. I have a program in place which long story short interfaces with these web pages, but I'm wondering if it's possible for my program to supply your AD credentials to these other web pages automatically without you having to type them in again.
