Use SQL Server DB from another domain

Can I connect the SQL Server DB from another domain?? If so, is there any
parameter changing in order to connect it?

There is nothing special about it. Regular parameters: IP address, user
name, password. You even can setup Windows authentication across different
domains. If the server doesn't have an external IP address, you need to get
it published in the another domain.
