Video format conversion with Java?

Hi,

I'd like to be able to covert video formats within Java. Ideally I would
have someone upload 3GP format video to a server and then convert it in
the server to either Flash or .mov format to play in a browser.

The only software I can find to do this works manually and in any case
is not Java, and the JMF from Sun doesn't seem to have anything other
than streaming and playing code.

Any ideas?
