I am going to make a video sharing site like youtube, how can i get a really big storage?

Right on, man! I'd love to help anyway that I can. Are you going to host the site from your own server, or a third party? If you are going to use your own server I think you can get a few NAS devices and load them up with giant drives. You will be limited by how much cash you can fork up for them, but you also don't need to overbuild your storage. Just add more as it becomes more and more popular.
