WCF problem with datacontract name

I have a simple WCF project that is giving me problems.

The solution does not response if I change the name of a datacontract.
It compiles fine but when I generate the proxy file the change in name is
not detected.

Has anyone a workaround to this problem?

If you don't care about non dotnet clients, you can avoid the client proxy
(almost) altogether.
