If your project requires the very best and has the budget to support it, you
can't beat Q9.com. They guarantee 100% up time, and have a facility that is
unbelievable (they host various high-security data warehouses, including
some banks). They have something like 17 Internet pipes, and are connected
to two different powergrids, have security guards and hostage-prevention
mechanisms, etc. It's expensive, but if you need the best, that's the place
to go!!
I do, however, use another company for my n-tier web-applications (on a
shared hosting service):

services are top notch. Of course you must develop your business and data
tiers within the constrains of medium trust for the shared hosting. The
technical help system is first-rate, they always have the very best and
newest services, and for what they charge, you just can't beat them. You
have total web admin control of your IIS settings, you can create new ftp
users, add your own subdomains, their webmail is awesome, stats are awesome,
etc, etc. They also have a very good online knowledgebase for their
customers.
I really can't recommend them highly enough. You cannot be disappointed by
the level of service, support and control of your domain and webhosting.
Just check out what they offer; I'm sure you won't find any better anywhere
else.
