What does the 'Pointer' Web Server Control do?

It's there on the Visual Studio toolbar. The framework docs and a
Usenet search turned up nothing. What is the Pointer Web Server
Control? What does it do?

That's not a Server Control. It means that you have No Control Selected, and
that you want to use your mouse as a mouse.
