I've just received this link from another discussion list, *all* the
patents are pathetic, death to false capitalism...

But those software patents aren't the worse, there are the medical and
very idiot ones too... Ex: These days a company from germany had just
patented our delicious brazilian rapadura

But to some extent, isn't that the case with many subjects posted here?
A fair proportion fall into the "same old", "answered that before". I
don't think you can completely prevent that, even with frequent postings
of links to the FAQ.
