can any one give me a hint or idea how can we find out the properties
of a class without using reflection api

Serialise an instance of the object and run strings on it? Generate a
script check likely methods and fields and catch Error to see if they
exist/have the appropriate signature?

the other way is to snoop on the class file. This is what JarCheck
does in a very primitive way to make sure the version numbers are as
you expected.

java.beans.Introspector. Of course that uses reflection internally.
