Work with word and merging

Hello

I m working under the framework 1.1 and without Visual Studio. To use a
namespace, i have to copy the dll file in /bin directory of my project and
do an import.
So, is it possible to work with a word document (.doc or .dot) and realize a
merging with a datasource.
I want to merge many "labels" in the word document and introduce it to the
user.
Winword is not installed on the server. There is a way to do that ?
