XML encoding inside return string

We are returning an XML string such as <SessionID>8</SessionID>. The string
is being URL encoded. The perl client trying to accesses the web services is
requesting that it not be encoded.

Is it possible to disable the encoding? Or should we not try.

Also, are there any Perl and windows webservices interaction white papers?

i am working on VS2005. Like on VS2003 i am unable to get the reference.cs
file in VS2005. So please tell me how can solve this issue of getting the
reference.cs file in VS2005.
