Hello All.
Can someone tell me quickly whether web method level caching is
effective for both internal calls AND calls via HTTP/SOAP. I am
currently working on the assumption it is just the latter and I should
resort to context cache. I tried doing a search on this and it pulled
nothing.
I know it would be simple to make a testcase and find out but I
thought someone could just tell me off the top of their heads.
To clarify:
If I call a class method identified as a [WebMethod] from another
method in the Web Service class, will the same caching behaviour I
would expect from the HTTP/SOAP interface apply internally?
Kind Regards
