Caching using aspnet_regsql

Hi,

I have cached some tables using the comaand "aspnet_regsql". When I getting
data from these tables how can I know that the data are retrived from cache?
How can I find out the time for the query execution on one of these tables?
The following comaand shows me the list of tables which are cached.
aspnet_regsql -E -d databasename -lt

Is there any way through which I can find out caching details for each
table?
