Can't connect to remote Web Project with XP Firewall running

I am running XP and doing a Web Project in C# on a remote Win 2003 Server.
In order to connect to it I have to not run the standard XP firewall. What
do I need to set in the XP firewall in order to be able to run it and access
my remote Web Project?
