Converting swf to html5

Dear Members,
I am a PhD student in field of dentistry and I developed an application using Adobe Flash CS4, without knowing about the drop-out of Adobe Flash player, that's why I can't really use my app, since it won't be displayed somewhere else apart on my laptop.
I would really ask you, if someone could help me to convert my .swf app to html5, so that I could upload it on my website?
